You have 7 calendar days to apply for a return of an item for a full refund from the time you received it. After this period, we can offer store credit within 30 calendar days after we received the returned item to our address. Your order number must be in our system to proceed with your request.
Please ensure that the item(s) you're returning are new, unused, and repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account. Please allow for a certain number of days to allow for processing.
Goods that are exempt from being returned are intimate or sanitary goods. Example: Earrings.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like us to replace the defective item please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
To qualify for a return or replacement, items must be received, they cannot already be in transit to your address. We will also refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the replacement may vary.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are applying for a return you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider adding your phone number so that the shipping service can contact you if there is a problem with your delivery.
