WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3- 5 days of payment. 

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Most items (with the exception of glassware) are delivered in approx 2-3 weeks from the time of processing.

 

I ENTERED MY TRACKING # BUT SEE THE MESSAGE: “TRACKING INFORMATION DOES NOT EXIST”

The reason you are seeing this message is because your order is being processed. Please wait 3-5 days for tracking information to be visible.

Our warehouses are located in both the US and China.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?

Orders take 3-5 days to process. The reason you may not see your item/ item info is because it is still being processed. Once the item(s) are processed tracking information is viewable and your items are being delivered.

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. You can also contact our support team and they will be able to assist you further.

If the email does not appear in the spam folder, it probably did not reach you. It is not uncommon that email addresses are entered with a minor typo. In this case, do not hesitate to send an email to support@envygadgets.com, our experienced staff will update your contact info and resend you the order confirmation for your reference. 

 

IF THERE'S A PROBLEM, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn't match the description, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid. All you will have to do is to ship us back the product on your own expenses.
